What We Learned

The most important thing we've learned in Full Circle is sportsmanship. We learned that it is important to work together because when you work together you have more fun and get things done quicker. We also learned the importance of nature through Native American teaching and by just being out in nature. We also learned very important survival skills like fire making, tracking, why we would look at scat, and learned how to make rope out of yucca.

On our fieldtrips we were looking for a few things. At Elysian Park we were focusing on teambuilding. We played a game called Wild Leading the Blind. In the game we had to come up with animals calls and then tried to lead one blindfolded team member to a globe by our calls. At Franklin Canyon we were looking for the nine systems and how they work in Nature. And in the Community walk we focused on the nine systems again but how they work in Human Culture.

All in all Full Circle was in inspiration to all of us, we learned things we never thought we would. It has been the coolest group to be a part of and we will never forget our experiences.
